Caprice

It has been a long time since I attended a non-Sunday mass with-no-particular-reason-whatsoever earlier.

I think the last one's when I was still at the ateneo, and that was like two pretty long years ago.

Anyway, I just find it really funny that this was the first time I actually listened to and, quite spiritually, absorbed the whole thing. (not mentioning that the homily was a quite familiar text we took up in grade school)

And the gospel was about the doubting Thomas.

On other thoughts, it's really nice to start collecting mementos and piece by piece put them in your box without the usual segregation.

You freely lay them down on a specific space wherein only you could understand how wonderful and helpful they would be on a time you'll be needing to force out a smile.

But what's really good with memories is that nobody could wholly relate with what you feel however detailed you narrate your tale. (Heehee I think this one's a good one)

For I say, every moment spent with the people you treasure is like an old locket the world could easily pick open just to realize that they would never distinguish anyone in it.

The pictures are faded, but the life it was before, was totally gilded.

And if there comes a time I would want to take a look at them once more, I'd just carelessly dig in the box and happily not expect what to get.

Because I'm sure that each bit wouldn't only make my eyes a little smaller, but my heart totally bigger.

I just doubt it if I can make it without you.

Nonetheless, I just hope that you would be entering through my locked doors to prove me wrong.

P.S. Salamat sa pagpunta sa random na pag-aya. Bawi nalang sa iba, haha.

P.S.S. Sana naman 'di na X ang haba nito. :>
